Salvatore graduated in Law from the University of Bari in 1994 with first class honours, having discussed his thesis on procedures in the light of Italian Law no. 109/1994, regarding public works.
Since 1997 he has been a member of the Bar Association of Bari, specialising almost exclusively in the field of Administrative Law, thus proudly continuing the tradition of the law firm founded by his late father, Michele Basso, a renowned administrative officer and qualified lawyer, still fondly remembered and appreciated by clients and colleagues to this day.
Salvatore has been a member of the Bari District Administrative Chamber for several years now.
